DTI Pickleball Restorative & Recovery Program

Feel Better , Play Longer

Program Purpose

A weekly, science-based restorative and recovery program built specifically around pickleball movement demands—footwork, deceleration, lateral change-of-direction, rotational power, and joint loading. The program blends injury rehab + injury prevention + movement re-training + recovery services so players can return to the court stronger, safer, and more confident.

Mission

To empower the pickleball world with first-hand experience and proven methods for injury prevention, rehabilitation, movement re-training, and recovery, helping players of all ages and skill levels optimize performance and reduce risk.

Pickleball is supposed to be fun — not something you have to “push through” with sore knees, tight hips, aching shoulders, or nagging tennis elbow.

The DTI Pickleball Restorative & Recovery Program is a premium, pickleball-specific recovery experience designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay on the court longer.

Founder Story (DTI Credibility)

Eric Dailey Sr. brings a rare blend of elite athlete experience + biomechanics-driven training. After a 10-year professional basketball career and two ACL repairs, Eric rehabilitated for two years with Dr. Tarek Souryal (Texas Sports Medicine; Dallas Mavericks team doctor) and successfully returned to play professionally for four additional years. That experience—plus decades coaching and training athletes—now powers a structured system designed to help pickleball athletes recover, rebuild, and return.

What you’ll get (the recovery stack

A structured, guided session that blends: – Acupuncture (with optional electrical stimulation) – Sports massage therapyMovement support (mobility + movement re-patterning) – Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) support (injury triage, return-to-play guidance, taping/bracing recommendations, warm-up/cool-down protocols) – Cupping therapy (available as an add-on within treatment flow) – Herbal therapy support (topicals and/or customized internal formulas when appropriate) – A simple, repeatable take-home plan so you keep improving between sessions

What makes this different

Most pickleball players only react when something hurts.

This program is built to be proactive — so you can keep playing consistently without the stop-and-go cycle of flare-ups.

You’ll leave each session feeling: – Looser (less stiffness, better mobility) – Calmer (downregulated nervous system) – Lighter (less tension and soreness) – More confident (clear next steps)
